Cleanology Wins Contract for Europe’s Largest Car Showroom

According to Facilities Management Journal (FMJ), U.K. commercial cleaning company Cleanology recently secured a contract to provide services to three Mercedes-Benz showrooms, including the luxury brand’s site in Stockport, England—the largest car showroom in Europe.

The three-year contract with car dealership LSH Auto Limited is worth more than US$1.1 million. In addition to the Stockport location, Cleanology will provide cleaning services for Mercedes-Benz showrooms in Macclesfield and Whitefield, England.

 “With any luxury brand, attention to detail is critical,” said Dominic Ponniah, Cleanology CEO. “We have switched to state-of-the-art equipment to keep the floor in top condition and, with the showrooms open seven days a week, we have changed the previous shift pattern to bring staff in after customers have left the building. At the same time, we are maintaining a daytime housekeeper for hospitality-style care.”
