CMM Survey: Improving Facility Image Is Top Challenge for BSC Customers

Improving a facility’s image tops the list of customer challenges reported by building service contractors (BSCs) in the 2019 CMM BSC/Contract Cleaning Benchmarking Survey sponsored by Sunbelt Rentals.

Most respondents (81%) reported that enhancing building image was a customer challenge. Health, safety, and security of buildings and tenants was a close second at 77%.

Reducing overall cleaning costs was right behind the challenge of maintaining and improving health, safety, and security at 75%.
