Imperial Dade Purchases Philip Rosenau Co.

Imperial Dade has acquired Philip Rosenau Co. Inc.

Imperial Dade’s purchase expands the company’s client base and product offerings in the Northeastern United States. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
