Show Your Employee Appreciation Through Clean Restrooms

March 4, 2020

Friday is National Employee Appreciation Day. In addition to free lunch, a day off, or other benefits that are enjoyed but soon over, why not show your employees you appreciate them by committing to consistently providing them with a clean workplace restroom.

A new online survey of more than 2,000 U.S. adults commissioned by Cintas Corp. found that 90% of respondents believe employers who deep clean their workplaces regularly care more about the health and wellness of their employees than those who don’t make restroom cleanings a priority. Nine in 10 survey respondents also believe employers who prioritize restroom deep cleanings care more about their employees in general.

More than 80% of the survey respondents also believe employees value their jobs more when their workplace restrooms are well-stocked with high-quality personal care supplies and equipment, such as hand soap, no-touch soap and paper towel dispensers, and air fresheners.

Learn more about innovations in common restroom products, such as sustainable toilet paper and no-touch dispensers, that enhance the experience of restroom users in your facility.
