Imperial Bag & Paper Co., LLC has purchased Peninsular Paper Products, Inc.
Peninsular distributes food packaging, paper products, and janitorial supplies to the Tampa, FL, and Orlando, FL markets. The acquisition expands Imperial Bag’s client portfolio and geographical footprint in Florida. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
