ISS—a facility management, cleaning, office support, catering, and security services provider—has acquired San Mateo, CA-based food service firm Guckenheimer.
The US$225 million deal expands ISS’ corporate catering offerings in North America and enhances the company’s integrated facility service offerings, European Cleaning Journal reports.
