Phases of Maintenance for Hard Floors or Carpet

Follow these four steps to keep floors lasting longer

Keeping floors and carpet looking clean and fresh is no easy task. This video from ISSA showcases four steps facility managers can apply to their building maintenance plans to ensure a longer-lasting life for carpets and floors. While no two floors are created equal, following these general steps can help set a framework for budgeting and scheduling cleaning and maintenance tasks for the year ahead and beyond.
