Survey Findings for Education Facilities

Cleaning and Maintenance Management’s 2016 In-House/Facility Manager Benchmarking survey indicated the vast majority of our in-house/facility manager audience comes from the education segment of the market, with 24.9 percent representing higher education facilities and 23.2 percent representing K-12 facilities.

The survey also found those working in K-12 education facilities often have a higher median starting hourly wage than those working in college/university education facilities.

However, these are just a few of the findings from our 2016 survey. In order to see what weighs heavily on the minds of in-house facility managers—whether they work for education facilities or another type of facility—we’ve provided this year’s survey in its entirety for our readers.
