Clorox Provides Grants to Coronavirus Caregivers

The Clorox Co. Foundation announced a series of grants totaling US$5 million to three organizations engaged in combating the coronavirus outbreak.

Clorox will donate $3 million to humanitarian aid organization Direct Relief, $1 Million to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Emergency Response Fund, and $1 million to the American Red Cross.

“We are humbled by the work being done by these organizations in the fight against the coronavirus and want to join them in providing aid to caregivers who are performing heroic acts during this time of need,”  said Benno Dorer, CEO of The Clorox Co., parent company of  Clorox Professional Products Co.
