4M Building Solutions, a full-service contract cleaning services company and CIMS-GB-certified organization, has acquired Major Commercial Cleaning, Inc.
The purchase of the Nashville, TN-based commercial cleaning firm expands 4M’s service offerings and geographical footprint in Tennessee. Per terms of the transaction, Major Commercial Cleaning President Robert L. Stewart will join 4M’s team as senior vice president. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
