Canada’s Top Restroom Award Goes to Gas Station

Cintas Corp. has named the restroom at the Beaver Hill Shell gas station in Alberta, Canada, the winner of its Canada’s Best Restroom Award.

The 10th-annual award honors businesses that value hygiene and style and recognize the parallel between clean restrooms and customer retention. The gas station’s restroom was recognized for its modern yet rustic look, with features such as granite countertops and saloon-style doors. It was selected from five finalists in a public online vote. The Beaver Hill Shell will be enshrined in Cintas’ Canada’s Best Restroom Contest Hall of Fame and receive CA$2,500 in Cintas products and services.
