CMM Survey Health and Safety

A new CMM survey shows “health and safety” continues to be the most important issue to facility managers and in-house service providers.

When asked to rank issues that were important to their facilities and operations, 76% responded that health and safety was important “to a large extent” in the 2020 CMM In-House /Facility Management Benchmarking Survey.

Other issues that ranked most important behind health and safety were improving facility image (67%), improving productivity/efficiencies (64%), training/education of staff (58%), and security (58%).

Compared to CMM’s 2019 survey of facility managers and in-house service providers, health and safety stayed on top this year with the same percentage of respondents ranking it as important “to a large extent” as they did last year.
