SC Johnson Partnership Targets Ocean Plastic

SC Johnson, parent company of SC Johnson Professional, has teamed with Plastic Bank to launch an initiative targeting ocean plastic.
The three-year agreement creates recycling infrastructure of more than 500 collection centers across five countries— Indonesia, Brazil, Thailand, Vietnam, and the Philippines. The partnership also pays residents of these countries to collect plastic in exchange for digital savings and rewards. SC Johnson will then use the recycled plastic to manufacture the first-ever 100% Social Plastic® bottle for its Windex product line.
