Hospital Custodians Can Enjoy a Free Cup of Joe

December 8, 2020

If you’re a frontline worker, including hospital environmental services (EVS) staff, you can receive a free cup of coffee from Starbucks the entire month of December.

Starbucks will offer a free tall, brewed coffee (hot or iced) to frontline responders at participating U.S. stores to show appreciation for those keeping communities safe during the COVID-19 pandemic.

“It has been an extraordinarily difficult year, especially for the frontline responders who are serving our communities,” said Virginia Tenpenny, Starbucks vice president of global social impact. “We want to show our deep gratitude for those who support and protect us every day with a small gesture of kindness and a cup of coffee.”

Since the start of the coronavirus pandemic, Starbucks has provided more than 2 million free cups of coffee to frontline workers.
