The Federal Trade Commission’s (FTC) recent ban on noncompete clauses has been discussed in offices, at trade shows, and anywhere business owners gather. Should you be applauding this FTC decision, concerned, or maybe have the viewpoint that it is a “dud” and won’t mean anything?
